FYI, an interesting note: before discovering actual tea, the British drank catmint/catnip infusion as their main hot sippable beverage. Mix it with chamomile and have a lovely, calming, tasty treat. Chamomile tastes like apples, and catnip tastes a bit minty/lemony. Mmmm...

I just saw another grow journal that really encouraged me for next time. For the plants' growing phase, I didn't keep the light as close to the plants as it should be, at all. It needs to be consistently CLOSE to the plant, and side lamps are a good addition. I really can't wait to start...
