    I wouldn't say it's whorled phyllotaxy. That's a leaf mutation that renders the leafs unable to row more than 3 leaflets. Most commonly called, ducks foot. Polyploidism is something totally different.

    In my experience, It will be leafy. They're novelty and cool to look at if You've never grown one,but they are not desireable imo. Something messed up with the grow, or it's in it's genetics to spit one or two of these out. I wouldn't worry bout it, but definitely let it go longer than the rest...

    Polyploid, I've had it happen only twice in my years of growing. Some say it's genetic,but on my plants, I think it was caused by some form of stress to the stem. Like super cropping or other form of traumatic training.
