Depends on if you are in a hurry. If you rush you get a little smoke. Veg and train longer and get a bigger yield. Its ready but doesnt have to be flowered now. I would veg about six weeks and then flip. With lst you can get lots of tops with a little patience. Every branch you keep tied back...
