I have to agree with you! You really need some horsepower in lawyers, board of directors, financing, expansion plans etc. to get any traction.

LPs were allowed to obtain materials from MMAR PPL holders prior to March 31, 2014, the day the MMAR officially ended. Since then, there has been no transfers.
