lumens are how humans percieve light, not plants, its not really applicable because they are casting color spectrums that the plants use more efficiently, not lumens

just fyi, it looks like your using the shiny side of you aluminum foil, the dull side i think is better, doesnt direct heat to a point as does the shiny side

honestly, ive grown weed in some fairly hot conditions, and although the heat u are talking about is somewhat high, i dont think it is all that bad, watch your plant, it will tell u what it needs, also if you can, put it outside maybe on a deck or something, obviously only if it cant be seen...

so, basically the heat would be sucked up through the light into a exhaust tube, and then to the outside? if so that is great, and im pretty sure that is a common setup. like this?

its not just for the room, although overall temp is important, u need to make sure that you are somewhat pulling fresh air over the plants or plant. those lights produce a ton of heat. even with ac, a plant can still get burned or to much heat, since you are trying to get the light as close...

what is ther area of your grow room, and where is it located? like in a room, closet?
