how do you guys feel about selective cutting of buds. Should I cut the colas and let the bottom buds grow out longer?

yeah its defiantly way off but still looking like a nice plant and thanks that's actually a really good idea.

Well that's what I was thinking but the article made sense in a way. It was saying a lot of the time 6 hours of light is more then our plants can handle synthesizing so the idea is that the buds spend more time growing in the dark period.

Im going to start flushing plant 1 tonight. I have a feeling she will be ready in a week or 2.

So I just read an article in skunk magazine that claims pot plants grow bigger buds when you flower with your lights 6 hours on 18 hours off. Can anyone back this up? If its true or even if the flowering rate is the same it would save a lot of electricity.

I must be the only one but I voted DWC. Im running 2 dwc buckets and I find my self only having to interact with the plants once a week just doing a water change out. very easy for me!
