My plant suddenly has all these big house flies buzzing around it, not the small gnats. I dont know where they came from..possibly the soil? but how can i get rid of em?

I have an infra-red heat bulb sittin in my closet and im wondering if it would work at all if i tried to use it on growing my plant...anyone know?

I just noticed these little black flies buzzing around and on my plant. I also noticed these little black specks under the leaves that could be fly eggs? How can I kill the eggs and the flies? help please.
