I hope not, but 25F is really low. You may want to just cut off the bits that are damaged and see if you can get the rest of the plant going again.

If the seeds are from a stable breeding line you will. If not, then you won't. Expect to see different phenotypes, sometimes significantly different.

Everyone I've seen post who says they've used it has gotten the Penetrator. However, I do recall at least one person saying he skipped the Penetrator and used liquid soap instead.

Yes, but did those plants show any hermaphroditic traits? The one I had that flipped flipped completely, there is little evidence that there were ever any pistils, let alone get any bud off of it? That's not to say that you can't get decent bud off a hermie, this I can't say because I know how...
