I don't see how this makes you any higher.. it seems like it'd just make you a little more light headed from holding the hit in longer by letting it out slower. And THC isn't water soluble so the water is only going to have nasty stuff in it if anything. I'll try it next time I smoke though.

I'm one of those people who ACTUALLY listens to almost anything. My ipod has anything from snoop dogg to frank sinatra on it ha. But I mainly listen to hardcore/death metal and classic rock or indie type of rock like the gang of four or the violent femmes.

I have "six star muscle professional strength whey protein"- chocolate flavored. It tastes like shit along with any others I've tried. I was just looking for one that people thought didn't taste too bad. How does that brand taste?
