4weeks but i dnt want it that tall i wanted about 4 to 3 feet tall

i have my baby in veg and i had her on a 24/0 at first but i change the sch 20/4 and i was wondering can switch it back? and i want to put her in flowering but i dnt have the nutes yet and i was wondering do u need nutes as soo a u flower? rep for advice thxs
