As powerslide said, check for root rot first, if that checks out OK, you need to make sure you have air movement around the lady. Its not so much keeping the heat out as making sure the air around the plant is moving too. Stale air will choke the leaves, and more heat/light stales the air...

Def sounds like the temp is the issue, i would maybe add another fan in there as an exhaust fan and turn your intake fan up to get better circulation.
