Back to what sunshine said. For five plants is a 400 watt metal halide and 1500equivalant watts of CFL enough for 5 plants in veg stage?

Hi I am new to the growing scene and I am doing my first grow, I wanted to create a grow journal but when I try to create my first entry it says I do not have permission. Anyone know how to gain permission?

Yeah well thats kind of the thinking i was going by cause the sun doesn just switc to 12 12 in a day, and usually that puts plants into shock, maybe i will do 15 minutes a day and get em down to like 15 9 and then go 12 12

Here is how much it is healed since fim, this was yesterday, 3days after fim This is how my plants looked about a week ago or so.

Also I fimmed my plants about 4 days ago, and read they ened at least 2 weeks to heal, would it be ok to switch to flowering after 2 weeks from FIM or wait longer?

Now i started my plants at 24-0 for first weak and eased them down by about a half hour a less light per day till they hit 18-6. Now I am going to be flowering the plants in a few weeks, and I wanted to know if it might help to lower light a half horu a day till they hit 12-12. For instance...

Tons of new branches I count 6 out of FIM cut. This is only 3rd day since doing the FIM!!!! Wish I tried this sooner!

So day 3 after FIM and all 3 plants I fimmed have 4-6 new branch growths. Wow wish I woulda tried this sooner it really works well. The recovery time was way less from the other plant that I did a regular top Ima put picture under this

I have some flourescents but i havent got around to hooking them up, ii thought I had enough, and i have more cfl's but It just gets messy having them hanging all over, does anyone have any ideas how to mount CFL lights to give some side lighting, besides hanging them which leaves me wit string...

Mr Sunshine I have a 400watt metal Hallide for veg, with 6 100 watt cfl daylight bulbs, and 2 450 watt CFL's. Is that not enough, if u can see on top edge of pic i have a m.h. light. do i need more for 5 plants in veg?

Just did FIM cuts on my first grow, any my seeds from Nirvana have all sprouted!!!!

Ok so The top pic is my grow room, the 5 big plants are bagseed, the little ones u can see on right are my seeds from Nirvana .I ordered them about the same day I planted the ones that are bigger. So 2nd and 3rd pic is shortly after FIM, and bottom pic is Today and its starting to get growth out...

About 36 hours after FIM cut u can see new growth on this plant, others don't have this much yet so I am hopin they are all done right not just this plant.
