Yeah, I think it's possible that aliens exist basically for the same reason. That doesn't mean I believe every BS report I read about though. I think we need a healthy bit of scepticism about the subject.

I've only made cannabutter once but I used the method with water for the same reason GreenLeaf suggested. I've also read that you can get a smaller amount of butter to absorb more THC this way.
