Aren't we discussing how to segregate non-worthy gun owners from worthy ones? aren't we computer chair politicking here? how does one have the right to say who can or cannot have or do something? what gives you the right?

why do you think it's a bad idea? I mean we should live in a community that is congruent with our life style, right? My thought is to have more social continuity in our local communities. Hell, we could all live in clear houses.

What do you think about leaving it up to your local community to decide weather, or not, you are fit to own a specific firearm? Like, a person seeking to purchase a specific kind of gun will have to acquire 10 signatures from his local community in order to do so?
