    Need help dosing brownies

I could never get high off edibles years ago when my tolerance was high so I made a personal batch extra strong. 3 oz of popcorn buds I was too lazy to trim to a batch of brownies I cut into 9 pieces. Tasted terrible but it absolutely destroyed me, woke up with a hangover.

    Greenpoint seeds!!

Those were the days! 5 packs for $12.55, yes please. Just got these babies in, excited to run these! The CBD hemp flower was surprisingly good.

    No mulch growing indoors?

The intense heat from the sun and lower than ideal humidity levels can cause tons of evaporation. Which is why commercial growers water early morning or in the evening and use of mulch is common. With indoors, that isn’t as big of an issue. Growers tend to focus on more porosity and aeration in...

    Hot Diggity's Lab

Great to hear that the irrigation system is performing as expected. It looks fantastic! I’ve been intrigued with DIY nutes the last few years but have been nervous to pull the trigger. Definitely going to be following along closely. Maybe your results will give me the motivation I need to give...

Best place in US to order cloth pots?

Depends what type of medium you will be growing in, but generally the bigger the better for outdoor.

Best place in US to order cloth pots?

I used to only use Aurora brand fabric pots from my local hydro store but it is a bit far so I decided to try out some from Amazon. I ordered the Jeria brand and they were around $16 for a 12-pack of 3 gallons and the quality is quite good. I would avoid the extremely cheap ones as they are...

Keeping Your Stash Outside Prep ?

Vac seal it and put it into a waterproof safe and then you can bury it.

    Net before or after?

For SCROG you use the first layer to help train the plant for an even canopy. So put the first layer on in veg and keep pulling the branches under until you fill the screen and then you can flip to 12/12. I like putting a second layer 12-18” above the first and a third layer 24-30” above. The...

Spider Farmer Upgrade for my 4 x Samsung LED MOD FSERIES GEN3 3500K Strips?

Your F series strips use LM561C diodes, the SF lights that use LM301 diodes are only going to be about 10-15% more efficient. I would just DIY more strips, and try remote mounting the drivers to cut down on the heat in the grow room.

    Hot Diggity's Lab

Looks awesome! I'm excited to see this one :bigjoint: The key to not murder your hands with the 1/4 tubing is to hang an HPS, high powered halogen, reptile heat lamp, or some kind of heat source right above all your tubing. The heat makes it expand and slide on easier. Dipping the barbed...

Cheap quality soil for seedlings?? Kellogg’s patio plus??

Straight coco or Peat moss/Perlite mix works good for seedlings. If you are super tight on money you can use Osmocote plus time release fertilizer. Used to be a popular method back in the day. Just mix some in the coco or peat moss/perlite mix and use plain water.

What are your 3 favorite garden tools for getting it done?

I believe the ARS 330HN-R and 320B-T are the ones I use. I’ve also ordered a few pairs of these from GrowersHouse and they work great for the price. https://growershouse.com/shear-perfection-platinum-series-stainless-steel-bonsai-scissor-60-mm

    Crazy cheap LED light

That’s a terrible example lol. Overpriced old blurple tech with cooling fans that claims to cover 6.5x6.5. If you spend over $2k for a light like that I feel bad for you.

    Greenpoint seeds!!

I would go with the 240w LED & a 315w CMH for the additional spectrum and UV. Two 315w CMH would also be great. The 240w LED alone is really only enough to cover half the tent.

    Crazy cheap LED light

That thing looks like a brick lol. It’s only 85w so it will really only cover a 1.5x2 area for flower. What size space are you trying to cover and what is your overall budget? I would try to go for something with Samsung diodes and a Meanwell/Inventronics driver.

Give me your recommendations: PPM and pH Meters

I’ve been using one of the BlueLab combo meters for about 5 years, just recently had to replace the PH probe which was $60. As long as you properly care for them they can last quite a while. https://growershouse.com/bluelab-combo-meter If I didn’t use BlueLab, Apera would be my other choice.

    3x6 Veg Lighting Recommendations

    - 2x 240w QB 288’s - 2x 320w QB 288’s dimmed - 2x 4-packs of HLG QB 120’s Wired to 2x 240w drivers. The cool part about the QB 120’s is that you could have 8 individual boards and space them evenly to cover your desired footprint. The Kingbrite 240w’s can also be purchased in a double...

    Striking out with seeds

If they weren’t cracking at all I would be suspicious but since they are cracking and then dying I think you have other issues such as damping off. How deep are you planting them? In the first two pics it looks like I can see the taproot visible on top of the soil.

    Striking out with seeds

Personally I hate rock wool for starting seeds, managing the proper moisture content is much more tedious than with rapid rooters/root riot cubes. It’s hard to oversaturate the rapid rooters unless you leave them in standing water.
