You should go the opposite way.. go 3 gallon and cram as many fucking plants you can in that space.. do a short 2 week veg and do a massive pheno hunt amongst a great number of plants. They make taller 3 gal pots that aren't as wide that could give you a lot of opportunity for higher numbers...
