If I were going to put plants outside, they would be in small pots and fairly good size right now. I'd put them out when it gets warmer, maybe put the pots outside during the day until then.

Baby steps. It doesn't seem logical that it would ever go from schedule one to, say, legalized. But being schedule one is a hindrance to many things. You raise valid concerns about regulation etc but we'll face that no matter what. I think it's a good thing to remove it from schedule one.

As a MMJ patient you can have six plants in flower. You are also allowed plants in veg, as well as clones. There is no limit to the number of grows per year. If you get the rotation right you can have plants perpetually in flower.

I put some outside one year, but I am mainly an indoor grower. If I were going to put some outside, I would definitely start them months beforehand and have nice big plants to put in the ground once it gets nice and warm. Our outdoor season isn't that long.
