Let it finish and harvest. Leave some good greenery on a couple branches. Maybe repot, since it's probably root bound by then. All you need to do is get it to start growing again after harvest and be able to get a good cut or two.

If by "self seeding" you mean stressing it to cause a herm, I would not do that either. In my non-expert opinion, seeds produced that way could be more likely to herm themselves.

Actually a better idea would be, if you can get it to reveg, is take a clone from it when it starts growing again. Then reverse that.

I wouldn't try to do it at this point. Let it finish, chop, and leave a good branch or two. Then, put it back into veg (MH or flouro light, 18hrs). It can take a long time, but it can work. The plant can be revegged. I wouldn't try to grow such a plant out, but you might be able to reverse...

If a "visiting" patient is not allowed to use their own state's documentation while visiting, what is the purpose of the clause? Is it to, in roundabout legal parlance, to point out that in fact they still have to get Maine certified? That doesn't make sense to me, even for our legislature...

I suppose the definition of "visiting" could come into play also. If you have moved here permanently you will no doubt have to get a ME certification at some point. Does the CA one have an expiration date? It's an annual re-cert in ME, so I doubt that yours could be honored for longer than...
