The six refers to mature, flowering plants. You can actually have an additional 12 in veg, plus an unlimited number of cuttings under 12 inches.

Suppose you care for someone who is a patient. That person is not able to get around much, etc. So you become their caregiver and you don't grow..someone else does that. A caregiver certificate would allow you to purchase and possess mmj for the patient and/or help them prepare and use it.

Where do you propose to get the CW? There aren't any GENUINE seeds or clones available. Now, you may well find some high-CBD strains but it won't be CW. Those guys in CO that bred it keep a tight lid on it.
