Why not try building a stealth cab? It's basically an off-the-shelf cabinet that you install a light a carbon filter. Look here for a good example of one.

Oh yeah...I guess I should mention that I have a small fan for a bit of air circulation. Also, I measure the temps from a probe that clips to the top of the tallest plant. I figure that'll give me the most accurate measurement of the kind of heat the plants receive.
