if i were you i'd veg for 24 hours a day with 1200 mh with 20 plants for 3 weeks. than veg for 18/6 with 1200 hps and veg for another 2 weeks with that. i notice this helps the plants transition to the new photo-period a lot easier. after the 5 week veg i'd flip them and use 1200 hps for flower...

in parts of the us the best shit goes for $6-7000. west coast headies go for 32-4000 for sick indoor. same shit on east coast. the hookup is 48 and can go up to 7000. midwest(where i'm at) you can see anywhere from 4-6000 canada...you guys don't count. ;)

how do you like the 70 watt hps? i'm helping a friend get started with growing, and he has 2x 3'x6' closets. and he can't vent at all. he was thinking leds, but now i'm seeing some killer grows with these 150-250 watt hps. i was thinking maybe 5x 150 watt hps per closet. what do you guys think?

i veg with mh for 6 weeks. than hps for the last 2 weeks. they love that for some reason. my flower room is 8k hps in 2 rows of 4. and 2k of mh on a light mover going down the middle of the room. 1k and 1k and they meet halfway.

plants can't "see" green light. that's why a lot of rooms will have green fluros setup around, so that you can work during the night cycle without affecting your plants. that laser is fucking cool. where'd you get it.
