    My grow journal for P. cyans

    You should keep the temp to 70-75 if you can. Make sure the casing stays wet. I would allow for more ventilation to induce fruiting. Take the top off.

    Temps With 1500ppm Co2??

    BTW, I think the best way to go on ac is to use a big window mount. I'm looking at the 24000 btu model at Home Depot for $500. I've never had much luck with the portables, even when I went to two of them.

    Temps With 1500ppm Co2??

    I just got my whole setup. I got the CHHC-1 and the water-cooled C02 generator by Hydroinnovations. I'm going to set it up today...

    Temps With 1500ppm Co2??

    What's the consensus? Continue to use C02 right on through flowering or not?

    What Nutrients Are You Using?

    I use two very different formulas for different strains: For more Sativa looking phenotypes, I use Cutting Edge three part, Cal Mag +, Advanced Nutrients Carbo Load, and then about week 5 I use House and Garden Top Booster which reinitiates flowering. During the last two weeks I use House and...

    using sugared water

    I use Advance Nutrients Carbo Load and have had great results. I use it in my res but I also spray it directly on the buds with my fert right on through late stage flowering. I've heard that to really take advantage of carbo loading you should actually use it as a foliar mix. I got incredible...

    Temps With 1500ppm Co2??

    I just joined rollitup. I've actually been growing indoors for about 30 years (wow, has it been that long?!). I don't want to get off topic, but in those days, the only literature was "Sensimilla Tips", Tom Alexander's magazine. He has since gone on to do the free publication "Growing Edge" in...

    Temps With 1500ppm Co2??

    I first came across the way temperature affects flowering when I started growing indoors about 25 years ago. There was no literature at all then so everything was trial and error. I was using C02 in the veg stage with phenomenal results. I didn't see how you could really do well without it at...

    Temps With 1500ppm Co2??

    I'm just about to start my C02 conversion. I have always heard that optimal photosynthesis takes place at 76, so I've always tried to stay at 80 without C02. I am persuaded that increased C02 will allow for higher temperatures to metabolize the extra C02, but does this harm bud development. I've...

    Removing all leaves 1 week before buds are done???

    This is a difficult point that I go back and forth about. I personally do not believe in trimming leaves at any point. in side by side experiments that I have done, trimmed plants simply don't do as well. I have friends that swear by the practice, however. Their argument is that in a packed grow...
