    Preflower Help!

flowering is the hardest part because there's so much that you want to do to help it along. The best thing to do is just provide her with the water and nutes that she needs. Sit back and let the sun do most of the work. If you really want to do something, trim off some small stems from the...

    Urgent help with fresh cutting.

It cant just sit in a bag. Cuttings are fragile and need care. Wrap a wet paper towel or cloth around the cut end to prevent air from getting into the stem and help prevent it from drying out. It's just a baby, and you wouldn't leave a baby in the car, right? the tops of these plants have...

    Preflower Help!

These plants aren't really made to last more then a few months. If you don't have to worry about frost, keep the clones under lights indoors to keep them from flowering. When they are big enough, take some clones from them and stick them outside to flower and keep the new clones inside under...

Is there anything wrong with my plant? [PICTURES]

the blood meal would be fine for the first stage (vegging) of growth, but the buds would suffer. The NPK numbers on the front of the bag (12-0-0) tell me that the nitrogen ratio is too high. Nitrogen is great for leafy growth, but you're going to need the other numbers too (Phosphorous and...

    Preflower Help!

your clones are at the same stage at the mother plant.. you can put them outside when they're stable enough and they should develop the same as the the big one, though they won't be as tall. If you vegged them out until next year, you prolly wouldn't be able to fit them in the house anymore or...

    Having a hard time cloning

too much light perhaps? clones dont really need that much light until they have roots. I use two CFLs for my clones and I rarely lose one. I dont even bother cutting them at an angle or dipping them in anything. All they need is water and O2 to take root. Are you using a dome over them? They...

    Preflower Help!

From my experience this is correct. My roots don't have to dig through anything either, they are delicate and white. Cola location differs depending on wether the plant is topped or not. This plant has one big main cola (not topped) The plant in my avatar had four top colas (topped and a...

Anybody have experience using RED cfl's?

if by red you mean warm white (2700K) CFLs, then yes. I use 5000K (kinda red) and 6500K (blue) bulbs to veg. When I flower I use higher wattage 2700Ks (very red) and 5000K bulbs.

    Preflower Help!

ill take the whole top cola first since that is usually the first buds to ripen up under CFLs. I remove all the fan leaves and trim the "sugar" leaves (the little crystal covered leaves coming out of the bud) flush against the bud. I then hang them in a cardboard box, close it up and put the...

    Preflower Help!

the liquid is just some water i spritzed on it cause it was quite hot in my closet at that moment. Its amazing how much faster a hydro setup can get a plant big then soil. That is just the top bud, there are maybe 20 or so more branches with buds similar in size to this, plus all the popcorn...

Need help determining if I should start LST yet

There are different LST techniques that people use for different reasons. There is no harm in training early. Some people train right from the time the seed pops out of the soil.

she was vegged for about a month and a half, and has been flowering for 60 days. All her hairs have turned red and started receding back into the bud... and the crystals are just starting to go amber. My indoor turnover is about three to four months from seed to harvest. God I wish I could...
