How do you check your PH? What apparatus or chemicals or thing do you use to determine what the PH of the bucket is? I have an oxidation soil probe and a chemical tablet kit for soil, will either of these work?

I got one of those PH meters too, I'll let you know how it works. I have soil I PH'd with a chemical kit that is nearly dead 7 so I have a benchmark for experimentation. If you are using MG potting soil the PH will be like right at 7 because the soil is balanced for it... ideally you want 6.5...

Did you grow that from seed in miracle grow or something?

You can search and do research into it here; I already did though: Miracle Grow kills seedlings. You need rockwool or organic MG to start it; seedlings don't grow in MG and if they do it screws them up bad. There is a note about it at like the third comment in my grow journal.
