Nice start man, you shouldnt worry too much about the yellow seedling. It should turn green in the next 24 hrs. And you can start LST soon, ive seen people start once the first nodes come out. I just started like 3 or 4 days ago. Just be sure to be very gentle. Anyways take it easy, happy growing!

Nice development you gotten goin on there, keep up the good work.

Currently using a 5volt Blackberry cellphone charger. Just strip the tips of the wire and connect to one an another. There are a few threads on here to show how to do it. Hope that helps.

You and I have very similar grows. I'm using MG moisture control, my plant is 11 days old from seed and using 4 CFLs. You can check my grow out by clicking on the link in my signature. Anyway you should have not added nutes to your plant yet, shes too young. Just keep using that distilled water...

Once the soil is dry. When my seedling sprouted I put a ziplock bag with holes in it forming a dome. You can see it on my thread by clicking on my signature. Anyway goodluck with your grow!
