yeah you just said that but your not giving any more info about your medium or what the salt looking stuff is on your pots, cant help you without more info

there looks to be a build up of salt round the edges of your pot which made me think your medium is too hot, ie it has time release nutes in it??? does look like its been burnt!! or it could be your not feeding when it needs it ??

either your potting medium is too hot and burning the plant, or you have overfed ??

looks like you got a major mg defficency in your plants, or your growing in very cold conditions, have you calibrated your ph pen lately? fluctuating ph in small hydro systems can be a pain in the arse
