humidity is too low... but you already knew that :) you should aim for ~60%Rh during veg, and ~50%Rh during flowering. a cool mist humidifier should do the trick for small spaces, and they're cheap. just go gently at first, and increase slowly until you hit the desired level.

good point on the CFLs Fishyhead. i got 2 65W 2700K CFL and placed them between the LED panels, very close to the canopy. and as for the light penetration, opposed to the popular opinion about defoliation (don't), im trying it out on 2 colas out of the 6 on the one of the plants. no better way...

i think you're refering to 100w incandescent equivilant. its actually really 24w. you either need many small ones, or just get some high power CFLs online. there are 65w - 325w equivilant ones. there are also 120w and even 250w CFLs you can consider
