If the fan in the first link will actually pull 130 cfm then you shouldn't need anything else. Your cab measures out to 55 cubic feet. Just make sure you have enough intake to cool your cab. I'm interested in some reviews on this myself

Checking ph is what I always do first..it has to be at least close. It could be ph or possibly a calcium deficiency. I would flush with ph'd water and start nutes at 1/2 strength. The ph may be locking your calcium out
