More light, not a problem. The light I have is pretty big and takes up alot of the space available (bulb is 12"-14" long). Can easily add some smaller cfls, which I will do, thanks for the advice :).

Im toying with the idea of LST instead of scrog due to being able to manage each plant individually (wouldnt want to have to mess around un scrogging males etc). Which grow would suit my grow box more?

You need to put it under light as soon as you have leaves really, as soon as the plant is able to photo synthesise. As close to the plants as you can without burning them, this will vary depending on what light you have though so be careful.
