If you quit giving nutes two weeks before harvest and just water with plain pHed water you won't need a flush. I'm assuming you used high quality soil without time-released nutes in saying this.

Never cut your fan leaves, they are the plant's batteries. If you are doing a scrog let them die naturally while the upper ones take over.

How compacted is your soil? What soil are you using? Too many nutes can stunt the growth of a seedling. I'd guess some sort of soil/nute issue. If it were too little light you'd be getting a spinly stretch, and you are not.

Rootbound for sure. This far into flowering the roots won't grow much more but getting them into a bigger pot will help with oxygen and ffeding.

Hey OneHit, Once they are ready for jars and without stems let us know. An ounce of homegrown bud is a lot if you are just smoking it. Good grow for your first and for using all CFLs. As you continue to grow and get better your harvest yields will increase.
