congrats on the female... I asked a similar question and got both responses. People said water in the morning so they have the whole light period to eat. Or water at night so the plant has all night to eat and will be ready to soak up the light by morning. Sounds like you cant go wrong...

Is it good to mix some backyard compost with a soil/soil less medium? Im talking about the big bin many people have in their backyards they put food leftovers and peels and stuff in there, where worms along with other natural causes break down the food into a compost type soil? any help would...

you want a nice temp of 75-85F and good humidity. 50% at least. normally people put them in a "humidity dome" ... try to mimic a green house effect for your planted seed. also it matters what your puting the seed in.. soil.. paper towel? im guessing you put it in a shot glass and it sank...
