wats ur setup look like? i might go for 10 30w cfl's in the 2700k and 6400k in five parabolic reflectors with y splitters for each veg and flower cause it seems the most cost effective and i wont have to worry about them burning out really cause ill have 9 others

i kno that low wattage cfl's dont put out any noticeable heat but do u guys think that using 1-2 of either the 150 or 200w cfl's will produce enough heat that it may become a problem when growing in a GrowLab60 (2' x 2' x 5'3"

anyone else have anything to chip in

i ve been online all day and am thinking that a 400w hps might be a little too hot for my grow tent unless i spend another couple hundred on some good ventilation which i cant afford right now so i think for now im gonna have to do some cfl's OR...wat about getting some cfl's now maybe two 85...

also does anyone know if im suppose to run both the veg and flower lights at the same time the website makes it seem like i am since it gives two separate reflectors for the two lights it includes but i wanted to buy an extra veg and flower light and use two of each for the veg and flower stage...

well i am a kid (student) and dont know if i can get some hid's just yet maybe i can upgrade later but for now its cfl's if i wanna still be able to afford my other purchases and ok i think im convinced on the T & D...wat carbon filter do u use with ur fan or others that i can use?

SO i ve decided to get the Stealth Hydro Bubbleponics system but can decide whether or not to buy the optional lights...i saw that the dual spectrum II lights give out 4200 lumens per bulb and include one flowering bubl and one veg bulb, i feel that i wuld need to get an extra bulb for each...

money is not an issue really but i wuld like to save it when i can lol (n id rather a professional kit cause i wuld prly screw it up building plus im too lazy) how about this fan/filter combo looks legit...

that td150 is over a hundred bucks hows that saving me money exactly? and yes i ve seen the splitters n outlet socket adapters for very cheap, will cfl's my lights shuld be about 90 bucks at the most for 240w in both 2700k and 6400k

ok i think im gonna upgrade to the GrowLab60 which is 2 x 2 x 5'3" instead of the 1'9" x 1'9" x 4 which gives me over an extra foot of grow room. i can build a frame out of pvc tubes and will attach the cfl's horizontally reducing the space they take up and will allow the lights to reach...

yes i ve thought about the sockets and everything and it still wont add up to almost 200 bucks unless you know of somewhere i can get a mh and hps bulb with reflector and ballast for around 150 or less cause that wuld be great and i dont have a closet in my room so i feel that the tent is a...

ok got it...price is an issue and buying 12-14 cfls is only about 40 bucks as opposed to a ballast, reflector, n mh/hps lights but its always a possibility maybe ill come into some cash soon :)

when u say passive intakes do u just mean basic fans near the bottom bringing new air in?

its going in my bedroom but i like to keep my room on the cooler side so maybe around 66-72 degrees. and yes i wuld rather go too much on ventilation than not enought...but wat is a 70cfm pulling off an odor sock mean lol

well the bubbleponics system has room for 6 plants, ill hope to get 2-4 females out of the deal at one time any recommendations on how to ventilate it, i know almost nothing about ventilation
