The one on the left looks more ready in my opinion. Got a magnifier? Check to see if those resin glands to see if they're cloudy in appearance. Another way to check is if 50-90% of the pistils have turned orange and are curling back in. Buds looking good!

Autos don't really like training in my exp. but I have put them in scrog before. You have a few weeks to a month to go before you would do any training I would say anyway.

dude, honestly just give it a shot, the small issue I had is really nothing. If your really want the details I'll give them to you. Grew some swiss cheese autos form nirvana, very happy with results.
