Yeah, that'll make life a bit more difficult if it starts to be used in mainstream drug test facilities. It's probably way more expensive than urine testing though, so it might not be widely adopted immediately. Maybe it'll take 10 years, and hopefully marijuana will be legal by then. :P

A regulator is what's used to meter and control the output of CO2 from the CO2 tank. You'd need more than a paintball cartridge's worth of CO2. And as he said above - plants use CO2 and emit Oxygen as a part of photosynthesis. That's why plants are good for humans :)
