Im with bonz if done right a transplant can actualy be good for the plants I try to give them dark for a bit after and never have stressed plants after transplanting? I work with plants and would never put a seedling plant of any kind in a big pot? That's just me

putting a small plant in a large pot and keeping it moist sounds like a rot problem waiting to happen. Most first grow problems result from overwatering so i think this is bad advise for a noob
