Hummm MG soil u said...i hope ur checking that soil and water pH....2 1/2 weeks under a 400w HPS should be taller then 3" and damm wide aswell....anyway as long as the internode have a good structure and the plants look healthy why bother.....taller plants don´t mean higher yield...

Any haze hybrid.....check seed banks online they goive pretty good info on the strains they sell...

How big are the pots again?????The plants may be root bound also, use large pots (2 -3 gallon) and water about the same or 1 1/2 times the volume of the pot, let drain and check the plants in a couple of days u should be fine....

Humm i use The Gimp to resize the pics in jpeg format 800x800 and so far so good..are u checking the height and the width of the pics...it´s not only the file size that counts its also the size of the image...so lets say that u´re trying to post a low definition pic that´s only...

Cut some clones, flower 1 clone from each plant, the ones that come out male kill...the rest veg till the root system is on then flower....simple
