Buy a sharpstone. I got one that you could see through and about $25 shipped off e-bay. I have seen no difference in the performance of mine, versus any others, except you can see through mine, and determine when the bud has been ground up properly.

I get 2 buckets and a net cup. I fill the net cup and rinse it with a water hose, and toss it into the empty bucket. I do this back and forth 3 times, while rinsing the "clean" bucket each time. It seems to work well. I see very little dust in my res'z anymore!
