I have 3 Red Dragon and 2 LSD from Barneys. They are 30 days into flowering. The LSD seems to be more temperamental, gets stressed more easily than the Red Dragon. One is 5 ft tall from top of pot, the other is 4ft. One of the LSD has the claw real bad and I can't seem to turn it around...

Four or five times a day gotta check 'em out and see what's happenin. Makin sure they r as sexually frustrated as possible.

I'm in for a thousand, 4 weeks into flowering. Could've saved a few hundred if I had planned it all out ahead of time, but then it probably wouldn't of got done. Lights and more lights (CFL 125 ballast, MH, HPS, 400W ballast, flourescent), dehumidifier, food, extension cords, fans, carbon...

MH for veg and HPS for flowering. And you might want to consider side lighting if you're letting them getting 3-4 feet tall. I use CFLS. If I had money I'd do something better. LEDs could work and they have a thin profile in tight space.

That's an update! Yeah, I'm just hoping to keep all my leaves as long as possible, but I can see they're going to struggle for enough light. Shoulda listened to what mama said and just got a 600w instead of 400W. Next grow I'll be using two 400w for sure.

I've got a couple in second week of flowering. So far so good. I vegged for almost two months. When they hit the HPS they stretched a lot. They seem to like the nutes. Still have all but two of original leaves.

Gotta love RIU! Stripped an old computer and hooked the fan up to a 12v charger. I'm putting a few on the floor pointing straight up. Leaves seem to love it.

You canadians are the coolest people on the planet. We've been on our bikes to all the provinces. Love Labrador. Anyway, thanks for posting about VK, I have some in the mail. Looks like it grows to a manageable size. Has it kept most of it's first leaves?

Thanks for your thoughts. I raised the light about 4 inches. It was at 16". I'm using FF Ocean Forest with the FF recipe. I fed them 10 days ago with the FF transplant solution. I also used that solution to prepare the soil. I watered one week after transplant with a 50% FF veg solution...

Did I make the newbie mistake I've been reading about? This is a Barney's LSD plant from seed.
