Based on some of the posts I see every day and my own experience as a NooB trying to find information, it is a bit hard to find stuff here. It's easier to search for RIU articles with Google. That's how I came across a lot of OTHER grow forums.

Seems to me if the lights are mostly overhead then a christmas tree shape would optimize light exposure to the buds, provided you have a strong enough light. You get growth in three dimensions if that makes any sense. Takes more space of course.

Cool idea. I just started week 6 and I'll be posting. It's my first time so I'd like to see pics of buds and weights to enhance my fantasies.

I mix 1 TBSP Bat Guano and I TBSP molasses to a gallon of water. Then I add 1/2 strength Cal-mag and 1/2 strength Thrive-Alice B1. I do this every watering. I add BC Boost and BC Grow when they look like they need it. Each plant is different and they're all on their own watering schedule...

I use Ona. It seems effective, but it makes me paranoid. I mean the smell itself is kind of a give away since it has a reputation in the growing community and the cops probably know what it smells like. Not like using Glade. I'm not recommending Glade btw.

I'm concerned with the same thing. I'm growing in a closet with a carbon filter and Ona in the closet. No smell outside the closet, but after I water the plants and take some pics the room is dank and it all gets sucked out by the air conditioner. I just Googled 'grow room ventilation setup'...
