The stretch is what super is talking about if I'm not mistaken. It's basically just a vertical growth spurt that a plant goes into for about the first month (strain dependent on how long it lasts and how big the stretch it) of flowering.

How far is the light from the top of the plant? If it's just the top and you just recently switched the light you can almost guarantee it's light/heat stress.
