how is top quality grown differently then average?

So what are the deciding factors between growing AAA and AA etc? Is it age of the plants, the quality of the seeds or? thx

if fan leaves never grow flowers isnt it better just to cut them all off or do they serve a purpose and should be left alone? thx

I been told to use a fert high in P, such as 10-60-10. But on this forum I been told to use a high fert in P and K like 5-15-15. Just loooking for second opinions. thx

On my one plant the lower leaves are turning yellow with brown spots toward the tips. None of my other plans have shown this since this one seems to be a different strain from the others. Im using 20-20-20. thanks
