7.5 weeks total or flower? I ran wr and they went about 8 weeks flower and then got chopped. could have gone another 2 in my opinion. thats about 10 weeks flower, veg time not included.

The general rule of thumb is the more light, the better...........so thats all up to you... however 70+w is more than enough to grow a plant if thats what youre asking.
