I would very carefully break the some of the soil on the sides and repot into some lighter mix. That miracle gro organic stuff is just to heavy, it stays wet for too long which would not provide enough air to your root zone. Repot, lightly pre wet the new airy soil and transplant. I would flip them to flowering now since you are using CFL. CFL does not penetrate very far at all. Those girls will stretch in flowering. If you are switch to hps in flowering...I would veg for a month and a half then flip. They normally finish at 4ft. Good luck Chuck.

No diss to you RM3. My clones are 3" under 8bulb 54watt T5 and they are loving it. Greening back up from the cloning process. No fan in the room. This is just my experience. Everyone's room and environment is different.

If it's to hot for your back palm, its too hot for your seedlings in my opinion.
