No, I believe that is incorrect information.from my understanding CS converts a female to a full blown male not into a herm. Because you would not want to have a herm genes carried on through the pollen that's created.

Third week in flowering and the two side branches that I had sprayed with CS are showing up with I think are both sexes as if they are Herms.... They look withered or as if there about to die, but give them time and they will start to liven up with new growth. As far as water sitting in pan, that's up to stuff like how hot the lighting may be evaporating the water and stuff like that, but you will be able to tell. But do keep them...
