soil doesn't look very moist in those recent pictures. looks like ph related lockout, more than likely from when the pot dried out, and when you watered it didn't soak in enough, and was in part rejected, resulting in uneven moisture and uneven ph, causing lockout.

If it is not from heat stress, it is the leaf transpiring and photosynthesizing at its max capacity, lots of transpiration, healthy vacuum. Not a bad thing, unless your medium gets drier than ambiant air, then your plants get sucked dry and the pours close.

Every time you water them.... you should be giving them around 25-30% of the volume of the container. You want water to soak all the way into the soil, and through it. If you don't water it thoroughly and evenly, then your plants wont grow roots in the parts that are not wet. The idea is that...
