The manufacturer usually has good recommendations for light levels. If you can't find them on their site, let me know model light you're using and I can give you some ideas about hang height and dimmer setting. 34" hang height, even at 100%, is very little light and 24" and 75% is still not...

    New Migro Lights?

Agree 100%. The 150 is the new King of the Hill for the 2' market and I can make the argument to use 2 of them in a 2' x 4', as well.

    5x5 set up...looking for ideas?

You could still be getting a boost from the CO2. Every little bit helps! That's excellent customer service and that's part of what drives product cost. There's always a "something just like it" that costs less and then you find out the reason it costs less. "You can have it good, you can have...

Just looking for a little help here

Plants 1 and 2 have interveinal chlorosis (a K or P deficiency?), #3 looks good, #4 has an imbalance that's pretty sever (Ca?). I would think that 1 and 2 have a different issue than #4. I grow in hydro so my knowledge of soil is very limited.

    5x5 set up...looking for ideas?

I hear yah. I paid for Growcraft back in 2021 and I think it was money well spent. It's got solid construction and lots of diodes so it should last forever. The pisser? The $10 dimmer switch crapped out. I've got a veg light and a flower light so I leave the driver and the dimmer in the tent...

    5x5 set up...looking for ideas?

The GM Tarantula 4' light is superb, no question about it. The others have "no hot spot" but their PPFD maps aren't as good as the Tarantula. I wouldn't buy their 2' x 4' light because it's just another 2' x 4'. One of the reasons why GM isn't selling like Mars or Spider is that GM is a...

    Spider Farmer Sf2000pro

You're welcome. If the light suits your needs, is that an acceptable option? Google is a very powerful search engine and I've used ChatGPT, as well. Both services are limited to what has been "read into them" and AI has a limited ability to link data together but it's still just a computer...

    Spider Farmer Sf2000pro

I don't see anything in the product description page that indicates that it is network capable. All of the SE and G lights have the text "Bluetooth and WiFi Smart App" in their product description but that text is not included in the product descriptions for the SF line of lights. The first...

    Yellowing at 3 weeks flower.

I put this into ChatGPT - "What resources are available to learn how to identify and resolve nutrient imbalances when growing cannabis in soil?" It returned a page listing some resources. Until you develop knowledge and then expertise, the best way is to start a grow journal, post information...

DWC Rusting on top leaves - need help!

Hmm, the PPFD maps are "cattywampus" (great American expression for "mixed up"). The hang heights should be switched around and some of the numbers just don't look right. :-( At 12", PPFD is about 900µmol in the center area (the PPFD map on the bottom should be labeled 12") and when the light...

There are imbalances in all the three of plants that are in the pictures.

Is the praying leaves a bad thing or good thing?

I'm pretty careful about ChatGPT but I "chatted" with this question: "What are some of the reasons for the leaves of a cannabis plant drooping at the end of the photoperiod?" I'd thought it was mainly a turgor issue with light coming in at second place but there could be a variety of issues...

DWC Rusting on top leaves - need help!

:) Well, you haven't had to "back up the truck" during harvest yet but going back to basics is a good start. First issue is decent genetics but that's easy to find. Even with the hated ILGM, I've had excellent results. Grow environment A lot of soil growers run into watering issues but...

Question about best temps to veg vigorously?

You're very welcome. Supplemental reds will work well with your light. These spectrum graphs are for my veg light and the flower light. By adding extra red photons, you'll still have a fair amount of blue but you'll be shifting your spectrum, with better results in flower.

DWC Rusting on top leaves - need help!

I commend you for reading through it! I hope you find it helpful. There's a lot there and I realize that I can come across with a pretty strong tone. The worst culprit is the dreck at growlightmeter.com but most cannabis sites use the "legacy light levels", as I refer to them. No doubt, many...

Is this a sign of light burn and too low??!

Thanks for posting that. Is that from the manual? A grower could run that light with those settings but you would have to pay close attention to the plants because that's extremely aggressive in terms of giving your plant a lot of light. What I don't see is any signs of light avoidance but...

First indoor grow, how am I doing?

I was going to recommend a light after he replied. RE. the Vipar - the XS 1500 Pro was a trendsetter when it was introduce two years ago but check out the new Migro lights. The 150 is an absolute gem. It is about $60 more than the Vipar but the spectrum and the PPFD map are superb. Two things...
