Sounds fair enough. Does this stuff come as a concentrate to be mixed with water or is it a liquid ready to be used?

I've been researching liquid fence lately to find that the smell is almost unbearable and the directions state to apply directly and around plant. Does anyone have first hand success with just applying around the plant? Obviously I'm not gonna be a fool and apply this shit directly lol.

I think the mature aspect of it refers to whether they are budding or not, could be wrong though. I highly doubt a sheriff helicopter would even acknowledge a grow like this.
