yeah you can mix in some lime, bone meal,blood meal and a few other things before hand and skip nutes. just try it on some test plants first your compost may be strong, or high in some nutes low in others once you find out what it needs added you will need little to no ferts

not any better than raising the light to cover more area. the more you spread the light the less intense it is.

the distance between the light and the lens and the plant would cancel out the benifits imo. but they do make sheet magnifiers like in the back windows of RVs they are cheap try it on some bag seed. and yes there is a limit on what the plant can use, to much over and you start to bleach out...

og kush has small yields anyway. just keep going you will get more than on oz. i fucked up and flowered to small in soil and got 5g per tiny plant but mine stretched to about a foot in 3 weeks with about the same amount of bud sites
