    Help! More water, Less water!?!?!?

To me it doesnt really look like its lacking much, so I dont know if upping the nutes would be much help. What you're dealing with seems like an overall issue related to watering. Nutes would appear with specific symptoms. When the plant is showing symptoms as a whole the first place id think of...

    Help! More water, Less water!?!?!?

Overall looking really nice and healthy. Good work! I had a similar situation last year, gave all my plants the same amount of water during the same time intervals, then one day two plants were droopy like that. I immediately thought it was over watering since it showed like the day after...

    Maine Outdoor 2020 (first timer)

Since I started growing, every plant I've had outside is guaranteed to get budworms in my area. With that, and the presence of stem borers im spraying safer brand BT every 3-4 days and go through about 4 gallons each application. Cats are the worst! Usually can see a handful of moths flying off...

    Flowering plants heat wave coming

I guess heat resistance can come down to a few things. Genetics, plant/soil health, etc. A healthy plant will be more willing to take on different challenges overall. I have 10 plants outside that have gone through multiple strings of 90-98 degree heat waves just fine, Im growing in organic SS...

    2020 MASSACHUSETTS outdoor grow Thread!

Pretty much my situation last year (without having confirmation that someone else is growing close by in the neighborhood), had me thinking I was going crazy! Haha sometimes it really feels like that. I squeezed the mature seed out of the 24k and saved it cuz why not but the calyx is bug food...

    2020 MASSACHUSETTS outdoor grow Thread!

Such an awful feeling. We do what we have to to end up with a good harvest, I guess its all part of the game. I completely overlooked it because I've never had to deal with it for 3 years now which is completely on me if thats what happened. I am running some dutch passion strains which also...

    2020 MASSACHUSETTS outdoor grow Thread!

Yeah exactly. No ones to blame here, but its really discouraging dealing with it on top of everything else we outdoor growers go through. Theres a lot more uncertainty about how successful this harvest will be now. Im staying optimistic, live and learn!

    2020 MASSACHUSETTS outdoor grow Thread!

The neighbors house directly over the fence usually has an inside light on for a bit after sundown. Our deck light is on briefly at night when we let the dogs out. But considering that the furthest plant along in flower barely has any flower formation whatsoever id think that they arent hermies...

    2020 MASSACHUSETTS outdoor grow Thread!

You know its kinda funny, last year I had maybe 7 seeds between 3 plants show up in the bud over time after harvest. Was really curious about how that happened. I guess this would 100% confirm that someone in my neighborhood has males out. Two years in a row?? Really shitty considering I dont...

Yes the calyx's are full, theres an immature green seed (second pic) in all the ones that are swollen. Only showing on three plants (so far..) that are between plants that arent showing this

5/11 plants officially in week one of flowering. But with a catch.. No males in my garden. Barely even have buds forming let alone male parts on any of the plants. Looks like someone in my area doesnt know how to tell male from female plants. How fucked am I?

2020 New England Outdoor Organic Grow

8/7 Update Transition is underway, the OG, MOG, and the three critical strains are all on week 1 of flowering. The rest are not far behind. Exciting! Everything is looking beautiful, but this week had some ugly rear its head. Noticed some sort of rot on the strawberry cough and bagseed stalks...

What kind of rot is this?

Thanks man. Im hoping for a positive outcome, and based off of what im seeing its fairly likely. I put a lot of time and effort into these plants and getting hit with all these curve balls sucks. The best thing about it though is the learning experience which is priceless.

What kind of rot is this?

Nope, it actually wasnt even a split at all. Those carving looking empty patches were where the decay happened between the woody inside and outer skin.

What kind of rot is this?

Well thats the thing, the roots directly underneath the infection (seems to me) are doing fine. Bagseed plant - I scraped away as much as I could at the base. The second pic looks moist, was taken right after I sprayed h2o2 on the area. Strawberry Cough - if you look closely where the arrow is...

What kind of rot is this?

Yeah man thats the mystery. The whole plant even the roots coming off right under it seem white and healthy.
  18. mattypacks

What kind of rot is this?

If so, is this something ill be fighting through to harvest, even after cleaning and patching with the tar? I havent noticed really any spread on the first plant after cleaning with h2o2. It would make sense why it would be spreading with all the fungus gnats I got now. Thats the plan. I have...

What kind of rot is this?

I thought that initially which is why I didnt pay any mind of it for a week or so. But the cracks kept spreading up the plant. Between the woody inside and the outer tissue was a layer of black grime, which is why I believe it to be some sort of fungal rot. The tissue was coming off in clumps...

What kind of rot is this?

First noticed it on a bagseed plant, appeared as black cracks at the base of the stock. The tissue around the cracks looked perfectly fine, I didnt even know it was a crack so I thought nothing of it until I started noticing more of it spreading. I dug up the dirt around the base and noticed...
