Can I run 150W HPS light with 250W HPS Electronic Ballast (Sonlight)?

There is something wrong with one plant, it has bad/weird leaf on one side and the plant is a bit smaller comparing to other ones. (here is the pic with the bad leaf) (healthier plant) What can be the cure, cut the leave or leave to grow?

I have 3' x 3' growspace (6,6' height), 250W HPS Cooltube, 5 plants in 10-12 liter pots, so I need your advice, which would be better to use (for bigger yield) - SCROG or just let them grow without any adding OR it depends to what strain I grow.

So under 120W LED I can grow as much as I can fit in ~ 2x2feet box and then plants will get maximum light? Then, with 250W LED in 3x3 or 4x4feet box will be enough? And how the light of LED lamp goes, do I have to put the LED's (not the whole lamp but only the LED section) directly under plants...

120W LED with 4240lumens, covers more than 25sq feet, so if the light covers that much space then how many plants could you put under the light so they all get even (it can't be that you can get good light for all that space)? The size of LED box is 400(L) x 212(W) x 62(H)mm

I don't know if I'm correct, but for growing (till flowering) you need about 11L pot - or not, becouse in smaller pots roots wouldn't have enough space? In the first weeks, you can grow plants in smaller pots and after moth replant them in bigger pots, where they will grow till harvest. I need...
